Garden Rosalyn in Mount Vernon is now open, and is one of four gardens people can visit during the annual Skagit Valley Tulip Festival.
The 2026 season features a slower-paced, design-driven garden space that emphasizes carefully arranged flower beds rather than wide production fields.
Visitors can follow winding paths through layered plantings of tulips and other spring blooms, with each section designed for close-up viewing.

A central pond and surrounding landscaping add to the setting, creating a calm atmosphere that feels more like a botanical garden than a traditional farm stop. Mountain views and tucked-away seating areas make it a place where visitors tend to linger rather than move quickly through.

The garden appeals to those looking for a more relaxed experience, whether that’s photographers, couples, or anyone hoping to avoid the busiest crowds during peak bloom.
As tulips begin to bloom across Skagit Valley, Garden Rosalyn offers a quieter way to take in the season—one that trades scale for detail and pace for atmosphere.
Admission prices begin at $17.
Hours is open from 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. Located at 16648 Jungquist Rd, Mount Vernon, WA
