’Tis the season for Pacific Northwest coffee lovers as popular coffee chains unwrap their holiday menus, bringing peppermint, sugar cookie, and other festive flavors to a cup near you.

Dutch Bros and Black Rock kicked off their seasonal lineups Nov. 1, while Starbucks joins the celebration Nov. 5.

All three have Pacific Northwest roots: Starbucks got its start in Seattle, while Dutch Bros began in Grants Pass, Oregon, and Black Rock opened its first shop in Beaverton.

This year, their holiday menus range from returning peppermint favorites to new cookie butter lattes and tiramisu-inspired coffee drinks.

Here is what to know before your next coffee stop.
